ST. MARY’S CHURCH
HALL - ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2015 - 2016
The Management Committee-
Bridget Johnson, Geoff Webb, Margaret Keeble and John Mitchell met three times
The flat continued to have a
tenant and a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement was signed in May. The
Hall continued to be cleaned on a 4 weekly basis by “Supermaids” of Whitstable.
The excess of income over expenditure from the hire of the Hall plus the
letting of the Flat was £5723. From this a sum of £5500 was made over to the
PCC. Thus we had a balance at the end of the year of approx £1692, a figure we
would wish to maintain as a working balance.
The Committee gratefully recognises
the continuing work of the Booking Secretary, Bridget Johnson, and of the Treasurer, Ken London, and thanks
them most warmly for all that they continue to do in these areas.
